Ingredients
1 pack of NEXT Chick'n Chunks
1 onion (diced)
1 can tinned tomatoes
1 tsp of chipotle paste
1 tsp of garlic granules
1 tsp of cumin
1 tsp of salt
Method
Gently fry (sweat) the NEXT! Chick'n chunks and onions together in vegetable oil until the onions are softened (approx 4 mins).
Add chipotle, garlic granules, cumin and salt and fry for a further 5 minutes until the chicken is coated in the spices.
Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes until you have a rich sauce.
Place into your favourite taco shells.
